Roger Schlossberg, the Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”), filed an Amended Complaint alleging that Steven F. Madeoy, the Chapter 7 debtor (the “Debtor”), his wife Melanie Madeoy, and business partners and associates conspired to defraud creditors and investors by transferring assets outside the reach of the Debtor’s creditors and the bankruptcy estate.
