This was an action brought by James Tillman, as trustee for Rhody Carter, against Banks and his wife, to .recover possession of a tract of land. The abstract of title attached to the petition referred to numerous deeds and simply stated the names of the grantors and grantees and the dates of such deeds; the abstract concluding with these words: “'Deed from Tim Carter to James Tillman, in trust for Rhody Carter, dated Jan. 1st, 1875.
