MEMORANDUM AND. ORDER
TROUTMAN, District Judge.
An altercation, allegedly commencing when a co-worker made derogatory and insulting remarks regarding his Puerto Rican origin, lead to plaintiff’s suspension from his employment at defendant, Dana Corporation (Dana). Plaintiff, seeking to reverse the suspension, filed an appropriate grievance pursuant to the applicable provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.
