BECK, Judge:

The appellant, Howard Weisman, was convicted by a jury of kidnapping for his part in the ambush and murder of Richard Harry Good. The issue he raises in this appeal is whether he is entitled to a new trial because the Commonwealth failed to reveal to the jury that one of its witnesses against him had been made certain promises of leniency in exchange for his testimony at appellant’s trial. Although we hold that the prosecution erred in concealing its agreement with the witness from the defense and the jury, a careful review of the evidence convinces us that the error could not…
