OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

CAMPBELL, Judge.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of the felony offense of credit card abuse. V.T.C.A.Penal Code, § 32.31. After appellant pled “true” to the enhancement paragraph, the jury assessed punishment at confinement for fifteen years in the Texas Department of Corrections.1 In a published opinion, the Eastland Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment of the trial court.
