York Products, Inc., d/b/a Mastercraft Casket Co. (Mastercraft), petitions for review of the decision of the National Labor Relations Board (Board), adopting the order of the Administrative Law Judge (AU), that Mastercraft violated section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1). The essence of the charge was that Mastercraft threatened to thin out or terminate employees because of union membership, and violated section 8(a)(1), (a)(3), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (a)(3) by discriminatorily failing to recall certain of its employees from…
