BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge:
Robert Smith, suing under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, asserts that Officer Sylvia Reddy of the Baltimore County Police Department violated the Fourth Amendment by arresting him and searching his house without probable cause. Although Reddy procured warrants authorizing these actions, Smith contends that Reddy’s affidavits, filed in support of the warrants, contain false statements and omit material facts, making her reliance on the warrants…
