The plaintiff, William Daniels, alleges that on January 26, 1922, while riding a bicycle across the intersection of 'Chickasha avenue a>nd Fourth street in the city of Chickasha, where the asphalt pavement sloped from the center or a crown of the street to the curl) on either side, his bicycle slipped, and he fell, breaking his -leg, and knocking down his knee cap; that the defendant permitted its streets to be sprinkled with water from a watering cart in the winter time, and when sprinkled the water…
