OPINION

FORSBERG, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment and decree of dissolution. Respondent has also appealed and sought review of the trial court.

FACTS

The parties to this proceeding, Cynthia and James Balogh, were married for eleven years and have one child. At the time of their divorce, James Balogh was a partner in the law firm of Messerli, Roe, Balogh & Kramer and owned his partnership units by means of a corporate body known as James A. Balogh, Ltd.
