ORDER SUSTAINING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION OF AMENDED CHAPTER 13 PLAN

In determining a debtor’s “projected disposable income” under section 1325(b)(1)(B) of the Bankruptcy Code, 1 the presumptive starting point is the disposable income number obtained from the Chapter 13 Statement of Current Monthly Income and Calculation of Commitment Period and Disposable Income (“Form B22C”).
