MEMORANDUM OPINION CONFIRMING CHAPTER 13 PLAN

This matter came before the Court on August 15, 2007, for confirmation of the Chapter 13 plan of reorganization (the “Plan”) of the above-referenced debtor (the “Debtor”) as described in the Notice and Proposed Order of Confirmation filed by the Chapter 13 Trustee (the “Trustee”) on April 19, 2007. John A. Meadows appeared on behalf of the Debtor, and Vernon J. Cahoon appeared on behalf of the Trustee.
