MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came before the Court on February 3, 2009 upon the Motion of Bankruptcy Administrator for Dismissal of Case Pursuant to Sections 707(b)(1) and 707(b)(3) (the “Motion to Dismiss”) filed by the United States Bankruptcy Administrator on September 5, 2008.
