The parties will be referred to hereinafter as plaintiff and defendant as they were in the court below. The plaintiffs filed their petition in the district court of Marshall county alleging: That they were full blood Choctaw Indians, duly enrolled as such on the general rolls of. citizens and freedmen of the Five Civilized Tribes, of the Indian Territory.
