OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Tammy Young, the administratrix of the estate of Douglas Young, appeals from a judgment of the Court of Claims of Ohio granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, The University of Akron. For the following reasons, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
