MEMORANDUM ORDER For her involvement in the January 6, 2021 attack on the United States Capitol, Defendant Pamela Hemphill pleaded guilty to a single petty offense. She received a sentence of 60 days’ imprisonment, to be followed by 36 months’ probation. Hemphill has now moved for early termination of her probation pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3564(c).
