This matter is before the court on the joint complaint of Green Hill Corporation (“Green Hill”) and Abdoulalem Gharia-ni (“Ghariani”) seeking a denial of the discharge of Charles C. Kim (“Kim”) and Duak F. Kim (“Mrs. Kim”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 727 of the Bankruptcy Code or, in the alternative, a denial of the dis-chargeability of their debt under section 523.
