Before this Court is a complaint filed by Union Bank of the Middle East, Ltd. (“Union Bank”) and Ron Cerino & Enterprise Management, Inc. (“Enterprise”) seeking denial of the discharge of Nasser Ali Far-ouki (the “Debtor”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727.
