THIS MATTER came before the Court for trial on May 8, 1995 upon the Complaint of Plaintiff pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 727. 1 Plaintiff is a creditor of the estate of the Debtor and has brought the within adversary proceeding to deny the discharge of the Debtor on the grounds that he has: (1) transferred, removed, or concealed property with the intent to defraud creditors, § 727(a)(2); (2) concealed, falsified, or failed to keep or preserve recorded information, including books and records, from which the Debtor’s financial condition or business…
