Richard Elston Fisher was convicted of two counts of indecent liberties. The trial court imposed sentences longer than the presumptive sentencing range under the Sentencing Reform Act of 1981 (SRA), RCW 9.94A. The Court of Appeals reversed the sentences, holding that *421the reasons the trial court gave did not justify sentences outside the presumptive range. We hold that the exceptional sentences were justified and reinstate the judgment of the trial court.
