Police stopped lawyer James Michael Kummerer for possession of cocaine. He acknowledged purchasing it shortly before. We find that he should be suspended from the practice of law.

This attorney disciplinary action is before this Court for approval of a Statement of Circumstances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline tendered by the Disciplinary Commission and the respondent pursuant to Ind.Admission and Discipline Rule 23(11)(g).
