This is an action to recover damages for an alleged breach of contract. The complaint as amended pleads a written lease of certain lands for a period of five years, of date August 23, 1915, and also an oral contract whereby it is alleged the defendant agreed, as an inducement to the making of the lease, to furnish to plaintiffs, for a period of five years (during the term of the lease), without charge, sufficient horses to cultivate the land so leased and to harvest the crops.
