This is an appeal from a judgment of the State Election Board dismissing the contest of W. H. Brown, wherein he seeks to prevent the State Election Board from issuing certificate of party nomination to Fred P. Bran-son as candidate of the Democratic party for the office of Justice of the Supreme Court from the Seventh Supreme Judicial District of the state of Oklahoma.
