Sixty-five 1 ExxonMobil motor fuel franchisees who individually, or on behalf of entities they control, operate at least one retail service station in Maryland, bring this action against Defendants ExxonMobil Oil Corporation (“ExxonMobil”), Exxon-Mobil’s affiliate ExxonMobil Corporation, White Oak Petroleum, LLC (“White Oak”), and GTY MD Leasing, Inc.
