MEMORANDUM OPINION

Sixty-five franchisees of ExxonMobil Oil Corporation and ExxonMobil Corporation who individually, or on behalf of entities they control, operate at least one retail service station in Maryland, brought this action against Defendants ExxonMobil Oil Corporation and ExxonMobil’s affiliate ExxonMobil Corporation (collectively “Exxon Defendants” or “Exxon”), White Oak Petroleum, LLC (“White Oak”), and GTY MD Leasing, Inc.
