TODD, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed this action on February 19, 1985, alleging that defendant discriminated against her on the basis of race in contravention of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Defendant was not served with a copy of the complaint and summons until July 9, 1985, however, and subsequently moved this Court to quash that service and dismiss plaintiffs complaint in accordance with Rule 4(j) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP).
