This is an appeal from the judgments of the Wood County Common Pleas Court entered in the above numbered cases and consolidated for purposes of this appeal.
Gladys V. Mercer and the other twenty appellants are employees of ap-pellee, the Budd Company. Appellants are members of the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) and its Local 1889 (hereinafter referred to as “the union”).
