OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
After a bench trial and upon the findings of fact and conclusions of law set forth below, judgment will be entered dismissing the complaint of plaintiff Richard Meyer, as custodian for Pamela Meyer (“Meyer”), against defendants Oppenheimer Management Corp., Oppenheimer Asset Management Corp., Oppenheimer & Co., Oppenheimer Holdings, Inc.
