MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S APPLICATION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

For purposes of the determination of Plaintiff MBank New Braunfels’ (herein after “MBNB”) Application for a Preliminary Injunction, the parties herein have stipulated to the facts below.
