Granting in Part and Denying in Part the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on the defendants’ motion to dismiss and the plaintiffs opposition thereto. The plaintiff, a former employee of Howard University Hospital, alleges employment discrimination based on his sex and his military service obligations, as well as termination in retaliation for filing a complaint with the District of Columbia Office of Human Rights (“OHR”).
