MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JOINER, District Judge.

This case deals for the first time with the conflict between the need for evidence in the administration of justice and the desire of a researcher not connected with the litigants to avoid being imposed upon at the whim of litigants. It deals with a person who has become a public figure as a result of a research project yet wants to remain essentially anonymous so far as the administration of justice is concerned.
