DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} Appellant appeals a partial summary judgment and assessed penalty issued by the Wood County Court of Common Pleas for violations of Ohio's water pollution abatement statutes. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
