{¶ 1} This appeal is from the February 19, 2008, June 19, 2008, February 27, 2009, and April 2, 2009 judgments of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment to appellee, state of Ohio, against appellants for violating rules and regulations of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) set forth at R.C. 3734.01 et seq. and Ohio Adm.Code 3745 et seq. and granted appellee an injunction and civil penalties.
