This is a general court-martial in which the accused was tried for perjury, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 131, 10 USC § 931; conspiracy to commit perjury, in violation of Code, supra, Article 81, 10 USC § 881; and adultery and wrongful cohabitation, both in violation of Code, supra, Article 134, 10 USC § 934. He was found guilty of all charges and specifications and sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement at hard labor for twenty-four months, and reduction to the grade of seaman…
