Reversing.

This appeal requires a review of a trial by a jury of an action wherein W. J. Mullins and F. H. Mullins sought to recover of the New York Underwriters’ Insurance Company, the appellant, on an insurance policy, dated June 11, 1926, and issued and delivered by it to them, insuring them against loss by fire, in the sum of $1,800 on a stock of merchandise and $500 on the fixtures, located at Russell, Ky., and which were destroyed by fire in October, 1926. The jury returned a verdict fixing the amount of their recovery at $1,500 for the merchandise…
