C.J.R. Transfer, Inc., appeals a National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “the Board”) order directing C.J.R. to cease unfair labor practices, to compensate employees harmed by unfair labor practices, and to bargain with Teamsters 1 Local No. 247.
