For the reasons hereinafter stated we believe the trial court properly denied appellants’ request for an injunction against the city of Palo Alto and the members of the city council to restrain them from performing a contract for the purchase of land for park purposes and for judgments against the individuals for sums allegedly illegally expended for that purpose. We do not find the city’s contract violative of the debt limit provision of article XI, section 18, of the California Constitution.
