Plaintiff, The Durham Manufacturing Company (“Durham”), has brought this environmental suit pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 9601, et seq. (“CERCLA”), against Defendants, Merriam Manufacturing Company (“Merriam”), Allan E. Adams, and Aztec Industries, L.L.C.
