Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission (“Plaintiff’ or “SEC”) brings this civil enforcement action against Andreas Badian (“Andreas” or “Badian”) alleging that he conspired with his brother Thomas Badian 1 (“Thomas”) and others in a scheme to violate the securities laws by manipulating the stock price of the Sedona Corporation (“Sedona”) for the benefit of their client Amro International S.A.
