INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff GlobalRock Networks, Inc. (“plaintiff’ or “GlobalRock”) commenced this action against MCI Communication Services, Inc., (“MCI”) doing business as Verizon Business Network Services (“Verizon” or “defendant”), alleging causes of action for breach of contract, fraud and gross negligence in connection with Verizon’s provision of telecommunication services to GlobalRock.
