The defendant, doing business under the assumed name of the Ohio Shale Face Brick Company, lives in Detroit but operated a brick manufacturing plant in Mansfield, -.Ohio.■ -He was engaged in interstate *979commerce and employed approximately 35 persons known as wheelers, setters, transfer men, shovel operators, truck drivers, general office employees, press operators and common laborers.
