TORRUELLA, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Michael Nason was charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & 846 and possession of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 844(a). Following a trial in the district court, the jury found him guilty as charged. Nason requests that this court reverse his conviction and remand his ease for a new trial.
