On May 6, 1994, this court vacated defendant-appellant Trent Manning’s convictions for possession with intent to distribute cocaine (Count I), use of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime (Count II), and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (Count III), holding that proseeuto- rial misconduct during closing arguments warranted a new trial.
