This is a trademark dispute over rights to the marks “VY” and “INVINCEABLE.” The plaintiffs, Vincent Paul Young, Jr. and Vince Young, Inc., sued Rodney D. Vannerson, Enos Cabell, Tom Roberson, and the joint venture of “Three Friends,” alleging trademark infringement and related causes of action under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq., and Texas state law.
