Before the court is the motion of the defendant Stego Industries, L.L.C. (“Ste-go”) to dismiss the complaint of the plaintiff Poly-America, L.P. (“Poly-America”) for lack of subject matter jurisdiction (docket entry 7). For the reasons discussed below, the motion is denied.
