We are concerned here with a petition to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board (hereafter Board), respondent herein, under § 10 (f) of the National Labor Relations Act (hereafter Act) as amended, 61 Stat. 136, 73 Stat. 519, 29 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq. The Board makes cross-application for enforcement of its order, which is reported at 154 NLRB No. 82. The Board, substantially adopting the Trial Examiner’s findings, conclusions and recommendations, has found petitioner to be in violation of § 8(a) (1), (2) and (5) of the Act. 1 No jurisdictional…
