Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered December 5,1983, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of burglary in the third degree.
On the morning of January 6, 1983, the maintenance manager of the Skateland Roller Rink in the Village of New Paltz arrived at work to find that the front window of the rink had been broken and the arcade games located inside had been tipped over, with their coin boxes removed and emptied.
