Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Linakis, J.), rendered July 9, 1985, convicting him of burglary in the second degree and petit larceny, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The evidence against the defendant consisted of four fingerprints, two of which were distinct, taken one day after the robbery, which were found on panes of glass which were pushed from the door used to gain entrance into the home that was burglarized.
