OPINION

NEWMAN, Justice.

On October 21, 1994, a jury found Appellant Ronald Collins guilty of two counts of first degree murder,1 and one count each of aggravated assault,2 possession of an instrument of crime,3 and recklessly endangering another person.4 These convictions stem from an aggravated assault on Lisa Tyler and the murders of David Sisco and Dawn Anderson.
