Plaintiffs Tina Walter (‘Walter”), Christopher Bayless (“Bayless”) and Eric Schumacher (“Schumacher”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) have brought this purported class action lawsuit against their internet provider for supplying internet services that, they allege, are significantly slower than advertised.
