In November and December 2011, the court consolidated several cases filed against defendant ConAgra Foods, Inc. under the above caption.1 Prior to the consolidation, the court dismissed the complaint in one case, Robert Briseno v. Conagra Foods, Inc., on the basis that Briseno had failed to plead his claims with the particularity required by Rule 9(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
